🔁 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, damaged product).
  • Items on clearance or labeled as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send us a photo of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
