Refund and Return Policy for Fasthato

At Fasthato, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward return and refund policy. Please read the following terms to understand how to return items and request refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You can return most items purchased from Fasthato for a full refund within 14 days from the date you receive your order, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition (including packaging and labels).
  • The item has not been damaged, altered, or used in any way.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, such as live plants or perishable goods. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Live plants, seeds, or perishable items.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Any products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Return Authorization: Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and may provide a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) to help track your return.
  • Package the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all original labels, manuals, and accessories.
  • Shipping the Return: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a traceable shipping method (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and insuring the item to protect against damage during return shipping.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved:

  • Refund Method: We will issue a refund to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refund Amount: The refund will be the purchase price of the item minus any shipping costs. If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

Currently, Fasthato does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item using the steps outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@fasthato.net or (412) 586-5087. We will arrange for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item when contacting us for a quicker resolution.

7. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund once it arrives. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request.

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order.
  • Free Returns: If your product is defective or damaged, Fasthato will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund if the issue is not caused by us.

9. Late Returns

Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date you receive your order. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items returned after this period.
