• Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes between 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination. Expedited shipping options may be available.

• Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination. Orders over 500,000 VND qualify for free shipping within Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

• Packaging: We use high-quality packaging materials to preserve freshness and protect products during transit.

• Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking number once the order ships, allowing you to monitor the delivery status online.

• Delivery Issues: If you are not available at the delivery address, the courier will attempt to contact you or leave a notice for pickup.
