Refund and Return Policy of Arabica Coffee

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review the following guidelines:

  • Eligibility for Returns: Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days of delivery if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect items were sent.

  • Condition of Products: Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number and details of the issue. We will guide you through the return procedure.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Refunds: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Exclusions: Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted for change of mind, allergic reactions, or expiration issues caused by improper storage after delivery.

  • Damaged or Lost Shipments: Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any damage or missing items within 48 hours to be eligible for replacement or refund.
